Here comes the long-awaited day! Today, 10 of September, the Opening Ceremony of the ninth International Film Festival of Asian Pacific Countries ‘Pacific Meridian’ will take place. The blue carpet is rolled out, the reparation of road is over and ‘Ocean’ cinema is ready to welcome star guests who came to Vladivostok to give a real holiday to residents and visitors of our city. For such an event, even the sun came out from the clouds, to admire.

The 'Blue Carpet' will start at 18.00 near the ‘Ocean’ cinema, crowds of spectators and a high concentration of celebrities from India, Australia, USA, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, China, and, of course, our Russian stars are expected.
